Azure K

Heyozo! I’m Azure K (ah-jur-k), a small rising independent artist emerging from the countryside roots of a small-big southern town called Griffin within the state of Georgia. 

Upon graduating in 2019 and going off to various colleges to study film for the course of 3-4 years, life took a series of unforeseen events which resulted in me finding my second most greatest passion, MUSIC!

Unknowingly, I began writing song lyrics in my dorm room within my first semester as a way to flesh out my thoughts in written form and be my own self-therapist throughout the years of being an independent scholar. Upon coming off of a rocky fall out with my pursuit for film due to the industry strike caused by post-Covid, I began producing music through Logic Pro X in late January of 2023 through the encouragement of my older sibling and would go on to release my debut EP titled “Zeta Intangible” in November 7th, of 2024.  

Zeta Intangible is an EP that explores the experience of being unseen, misunderstood, and misread in a world that often demands conformity. It’s a reflection of what it means to exist outside the bounds of what society deems “normal”—to be complex, confusing, and unapologetically human. On December 26th, 2025, I released my most experimental and diverse project to date, my 2nd EP titled Grayscale. Grayscale is the second chapter in my Cosmic Simulations series, following Zeta Intangible. This project explores the fractured sides of human identity—our thoughts, emotions, and how we perceive ourselves and others in an ever-changing society. It's about acknowledging that we are all flawed, sometimes unstable, sometimes deceiving, yet still striving to be whole. The message of Grayscale is that imperfection is natural. It’s okay to feel incomplete or confused—what matters is recognizing your fragments and learning how to grow from them. In the gray areas of life, we find the truth about who we really are.

As of recently I have just released a new single titled Dandelion serving as the lead single for a new upcoming EP later to be released this year of 2026 exploring identity, discovery, and emotional honesty. Dandelion is a indie rock, ambient rock, and bedroom pop indie sleaze banger that explores release, life's weight and inner seeking. I wanted to make a song that listeners can resonate to when feeling the imitate and in real time pressure and burdens of life from all corners and experiences and just taking the present moment to dissociate your mind from all f those troubles, be with yourself in stillness and just let go of worries for the time being. I also made this song as a reminder to myself that even though you can’t runaway from life’s problems, the magnitude at which they affect you is a state of mind situation and you can manage that, and thus by doing so letting up on the weight of it and giving yourself some grace for a moment, short or long.

With many more projects that in the works on a monthly basis that are set for the bright future ahead along with my upcoming EP within late 2026, I make it my mission and purpose to both: make music that goes beyond the boundaries and expectations of what is considered popular music to the ears of the general public and what is desired by the music industry and major record labels — AND, to make music that not only tells a story that's organic and true to the artist's life experiences, but to make music that is intricate, expressive and individualistic by nature while being a sonic landscape that embraces imperfection, intentional production, shifting emotions, thought provoking POVs and spirit resonating frequencies.

I take full advantage and pride in being a full circle-round, DIY independent bedroom artist who makes everything from the comfort of my living space all done simply from: a laptop, interface, microphone and DAW (Logic Pro X).
